After graduating Magna Cum Laude from McNeese State University, Brian obtained his Juris Doctorate degree and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law from Louisiana State University in 2011. Upon graduating from law school, Brian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Clayton Davis at the 14th Judicial District Court of Louisiana before entering into private practice.
Brian’s practice has focused on commercial litigation and transactional matters, during which time Brian has represented both business entities and individuals in a wide array of areas including breach of contract disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, membership disputes, creditor bankruptcy, property restrictions, employment disputes, and real estate disputes. Brian has additionally represented local municipalities and governmental entities in various fields including civil service disputes, cooperative endeavor agreements, predial servitudes, and torts.
Brian is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, has served on the Board for the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, and is a member of the McNeese Alumni Association.
